10/3/09 Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk . Sunday @ 11:00 at Washington Park in Albany. Meet @ MOSES. All field hockey players, Modified, JV and Varsity are encouraged to participate as well as any parents that are available. Historically, our program has had a strong showing at this event, with the number of student athletes that we have involved in the modified and JV level this year, lets' set the bar for future walks!!!!!!!!  Any questions please contact any member of the boosters, a team rep or your daughters coach.

9/7/09 - The latest on the new bow compliance rules. According to Longstreth, the NFHS Field Hockey Rules committee extended the date to January 1, 2010. Morning All,
I want to take a moment this morning to personally thank each and every parent/responsible adult for all of your support this season. A special
thanks to those who attended the Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk in Albany yesterday. The good weather prevailed afterall!   I have spent part
of my weekend with your daughters since August 23rd (barring last weekend) and have enjoyed my time immensely. They are truly a pleasure to be
around; you should all be proud...and I know you are! This week finds us home against Shaker today(then @ Immaculate Conception for senior night)
Wednesday late (7pm) @ Shenendehowa and Friday will likely be Niskayuna in lieu of Glens Falls.  Monday the 26th we will play that long awaited
Scotia scrimmage on the turf @ Union College 4:15pm.  See you there and thank you again!
